Setting the foundation for families to thrive

01

Connect

The first step in any treatment plan is to connect to the body to determine exactly what it wants and needs to heal. This is where we aim for the root cause of your symptoms, or proactively address what we find so it doesn't become a problem for you later. We want to establish your connection to your body so you can be in tune, exercise effectively, and get results faster.

02

Build

The second step is to build up the areas you need the most work on. This could look like gaining more mobility, building strength, or resolving imbalances. With our individualized approach, each person's plan is targeted to their specific needs during the building phase.

03

Apply

Fnally, we take all of your hard work and apply it to what's important to you in your life. Being strong is great, but if you can't apply it to your everyday life and activities you enjoy, then what's the point? We make sure that all of your hard work gets you to your end goal.

You deserve a strong foundation

At Foundation PT, your therapist:

Listens to you and takes your concerns seriously.

Rejects the idea that pain is a normal part of motherhood.

Wants you to satisfy that craving for intimacy that is comfortable and enjoyable.

Believes that not having full control over when you pee and poop is not normal just because you are a mom.

Encourages and supports moms seeking to have strong and healthy pregnancies.

Is uncomfortable with the "let's wait and see," approach, especially for babies.

Looks at the whole picture to get to the root of the problem.

Respects you as the final authority on health decisions for you and your baby.
